Propylene Rectification Tower Installation Russia AGCC

This Propylene Rectification Tower C-5510 is 6.8m diameter, 111.6m high, is the tallest equipment for this Ethyline Production Plant. The tower net weight is 1040ton and will be added up to 1200ton after assembled with the tower materials and lift tool materials. Jiashe Power applied the SHCW4000 Gantry Truss Lattice Frame Portal Type 2500ton Hydralic Lifting SYstem for the main lifting device, and XGC28000 Type 2000ton crawler crane for the bottom assisting crane.

To ensure the stable smooth erection within the time schedule, we have lifted the equipment into the holsting level one day prior to the construction time, our team make the preparation and inspection for hoisting before 6th.Oct and at 06:17 we started the equipment lifting work. By 15:00 in the afternoon, after 9hours lifting, the quipment located into the drawing place safety, smoothly and successfully.

C-5510 Propylene Rectification Tower entered the site since Sep 15, Jiashe Power has utilitize every single minute to prepare the PPEs, the site assembly of 30 levesl of tower staircases. During the national celebration holiday,  Jiashe Power technicians has studies the temporature and wind velocity data of the site, make repeat work of internal discussion and lifting optimization decision, properly plan the giant crane moving route, sanding yard preparation.

Jiashe Power's sound team work streamlined the subsequent lifting work and achieve the customer's appraisal in the end after the successful lifting of 8 sets of such giant equipment.
