Features:

The combustion head of the long-lasting lamp uses the highest temperature-resistant nickel-based high-temperature alloy material 3YC52, with a maximum long-term temperature resistance of 1370℃, and short-term temperature resistance can reach 1570℃. It can be used for long periods in high-temperature and oxidative corrosive environments typical of torches; other manufacturers use 0Cr25Ni20 high-temperature resistant stainless steel material, with a maximum temperature resistance of only 1050℃, resulting in a shorter lifespan. Our company's flame injection holes break the norm by adopting a 45° downward slanting annular opening method, which can withstand wind speeds of 56 meters/second and heavy rain, while other conventional long-lasting lamps use protective cover combustion methods, which have poor wind resistance of 15-18 meters/second and are easily extinguished during heavy rain.

In 2012, we successfully developed a high-pressure arc-type high-altitude igniter specifically for torches, increasing the reliability of torch ignition devices by more than ten times. The cumulative lifespan of the electric ignition components increased from a few hours of semiconductor high-energy ignition to tens of thousands of hours. Based on this, we developed a fully automatic torch ignition device. In 2013, we achieved the successful extinguishing of the torch while ensuring its safety and reliability, focusing on research and breakthroughs for relatively weak components, using the 'Jacob's Ladder' discharge principle to extend the lifespan of the ignition electrode, resulting in a cumulative discharge lifespan of over 8000 hours; we also applied ultraviolet flame detection technology to the torch, significantly increasing the lifespan of the flame detection part and reducing the response time to below 0.2 seconds (response time adjustable); we also incorporated thermal gas flow detection technology and pressure transmitters into the torch system, greatly enhancing the stability, accuracy, and reliability of automatic ignition.

The company uses fire-resistant and water-resistant high-pressure cables, successfully addressing the safety issues associated with the bare installation of high-pressure arc ignition lines for torches, which are prone to fragility of quartz insulators and affected by strong winds and icing, thus greatly improving the reliability of high-pressure electric transmission for ignition.

In December 2012, the company was recognized as an advanced unit in the first industry integrity construction. In January 2018, it was awarded the "Integrity Compliance Unit" at the 2017 "Guotai Cup". In April 2024, it passed ISO 9001/2002 international quality management system certification, ISO 14001 environmental management system certification, OHSAS18001/GB/T 28001 occupational health and safety management system certification, and AAA certification.
