Features:

Our company's ignition electrode uses 3YC52 material, which has undergone thermal forming and high-temperature tempering and aging treatment, overcoming the thermal deformation and memory rebound phenomena of alloy materials; other manufacturers use 304 stainless steel material processed by cold bending, which is prone to deformation at high temperatures.

Our company's electrode discharge method is a two-way cycle moving surface method, with an arc width range of up to 60 millimeters and a height of up to 80 millimeters, providing a wide effective ignition gap range of 3–22 millimeters. The arc energy is large, ignition reliability is high, and lifespan is long; other manufacturers’ electrode gaps are generally only 6–10 millimeters, which can easily lead to electrode displacement, deformation, and failure.

Our company designs two sets of electrodes that do not affect each other for each igniter, achieving double insurance; when one set of electrodes fails, the other can still reliably ignite; other manufacturers use a single electrode.

In 2012, we successfully developed a high-pressure arc-type high-altitude igniter dedicated to torches, increasing the reliability of torch ignition devices by more than ten times, with the cumulative life of electric ignition components increasing from several hours of semiconductor high-energy ignition to tens of thousands of hours. Based on this, we developed a fully automatic torch ignition device. In 2013, we achieved the successful extinguishing of the torch while ensuring its safety and reliability, conducting research on relatively weak components, and using the "Jacob's Ladder" discharge principle to extend the life of the ignition electrode, resulting in an accumulated discharge life of over 8000 hours; we also applied ultraviolet flame detection technology to the torch, increasing the lifespan of the flame detection part by dozens of times, with a response time reduced to below 0.2 seconds (response time adjustable); we also incorporated thermal gas flow detection technology and pressure transmitters into the torch system, significantly improving the stability, accuracy, and reliability of automatic torch ignition.

The company uses fire-resistant, water-resistant high-pressure cables, successfully solving the problems of poor safety, fragility of quartz insulators, and susceptibility to strong winds and icing associated with the bare installation of high-pressure arc ignition lines, greatly enhancing the reliability of high-pressure electric transmission for ignition.

In December 2012, the company was awarded as an advanced unit in the first industry integrity construction, and in January 2018, it was recognized as a contract-abiding unit in the "Guotai Cup" for the year 2017. In April 2024, it passed ISO 9001/2002 international quality management system certification, ISO 14001 environmental management system certification, and OHSAS18001/GB/T 28001 occupational health and safety management system certification AAA certification.
