In 2012, we successfully developed a high-pressure arc-type high-altitude igniter specifically for torches, increasing the reliability of the torch ignition device by more than ten times, with the cumulative lifespan of the electric ignition components increasing from a few hours of semiconductor high-energy ignition to tens of thousands of hours. Based on this, we developed a fully automatic torch ignition device. In 2013, we achieved the successful extinguishing of the torch while ensuring its safety and reliability, focusing on research and breakthroughs for relatively weak components, using the "Jacobs Elevator" discharge principle to extend the lifespan of the ignition electrodes, allowing the cumulative discharge lifespan of the igniter to exceed 8,000 hours; at the same time, we applied ultraviolet flame detection technology to the torch, increasing the lifespan of the flame detection part by several dozen times, with response time reduced to below 0.2 seconds (response time adjustable); we also integrated thermal gas flow detection technology and pressure transmitters into the torch system, significantly improving the stability, accuracy, and reliability of the torch's automatic ignition.

The company uses fire-resistant, water-resistant high-pressure cables, successfully addressing the safety issues of the bare installation method of high-pressure arc ignition for torches, where quartz insulators are fragile and susceptible to strong winds, icing, and other phenomena, greatly enhancing the reliability of high-pressure electrical transmission for ignition.

In December 2012, the company was rated as an advanced unit in the first industry integrity construction. In January 2018, it was recognized as an integrity performance unit in the 2017 "Guotai Cup." In April 2024, the company passed ISO 9001/2002 International Quality Management System Certification, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certification, and OHSAS 18001/GB/T 28001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification AAA.
