Company Introduction

Our company, ZJPE, has undergone over ten years of healthy development, improving product reliability and standardizing and perfecting services. The company's torch automatic ignition products have become technologically advanced, with stable performance, high reliability, long lifespan, and moderate cost-effectiveness. The company's services have formed a timely, high-quality, and standardized service system. The main business scope includes R&D and sales of biogas torches, tower torches, ground torches, offshore platform torches, high-reliability igniters, energy-saving torch pilot lights, high-pressure generators, high-energy generators, torch automatic ignition control systems, and related accessories.

In 2012, we successfully developed a high-pressure arc-type high-altitude igniter specifically for torches, increasing the reliability of torch ignition devices by more than ten times, and the cumulative lifespan of electric ignition components increased from a few hours for semiconductor high-energy ignition to tens of thousands of hours. Based on this, we developed a fully automatic torch ignition device. In 2013, we achieved the successful extinguishing of the torch while ensuring its safety and reliability, focusing on research and tackling relatively weak components, using the "Jacobs Elevator" discharge principle to extend the life of the ignition electrodes, allowing the cumulative discharge lifespan of the igniter to exceed 8,000 hours; at the same time, we applied ultraviolet flame detection technology to the torch, increasing the lifespan of the flame detection component by several dozen times, with a response time reduced to below 0.2 seconds (response time adjustable); we also incorporated thermal gas flow detection technology and pressure transmitters into the torch system, significantly improving the stability, accuracy, and reliability of automatic torch ignition.

The company uses fire-resistant, water-resistant high-pressure cables, successfully addressing the safety issues of bare high-pressure lines in torch high-pressure arc ignition, as well as the fragility of quartz insulators, which are easily affected by strong winds, icing, and other phenomena, greatly enhancing the reliability of high-voltage electric transmission for ignition.

In December 2012, the company was recognized as an advanced unit in the first industry integrity construction, and in January 2018, it was awarded as an integrity performance unit in the 2017 "Guotai Cup." In April 2024, we passed ISO 9001/2002 international quality management system certification, ISO 14001 environmental management system certification, and OHSAS 18001/GB/T 28001 occupational health and safety management system certification AAA certification.
