ZJPE Flare Torch Performance Over the Past Three Years

ZJPE Company is engaged in EPC general contracting services for various types of elevated torches (bundled, detachable), ground torches (closed, open), and torch gas recovery systems. It also provides torch engineering consulting, technical transformation, and other services, covering industries such as petroleum, coal chemical, refining, coking, fine chemicals, and LNG. The company has constructed nearly 300 sets of torch devices domestically and internationally, with a first-time operation success rate of 100% and zero accidents in safe operation.


Technical Strength:


It can handle torch gas from single or mixed components such as hydrogen, alkanes, alkenes, alkynes, benzene, ethylbenzene, H2S, ammonia, HCN, etc., with a combustion efficiency of ≥98%;
It has a complete testing platform for ignition systems and torch burners;
Elevated torch: maximum processing capacity of 2000 t/h, maximum discharge specification DN2200, height of 160 m;
Closed ground torch with a maximum processing capacity of 560 t/h, maximum discharge specification DN1600, four-cylinder parallel;
Open ground torch with a maximum processing capacity of 2200 t/h, grading capability of 23 levels, maximum discharge specification DN2100;
Advanced and reliable ignition method with a 100% ignition success rate;
The long-lasting flame uses aerospace proprietary energy-saving combustion technology, with low fuel gas consumption (1-1.5 Nm3/h), a strong flame, wind resistance of no less than 160 km/h, and rain resistance of no less than 50 mm/h;
Smoke elimination technology employs aerospace proprietary fluid injection technology, with smoke elimination effect less than Grade I of the Grimman blackness scale.

Available in various forms such as detachable, bundled, pull-rope, and self-supporting, with products including steam smoke-eliminating torches, air smoke-eliminating torches, low calorific value torches, acidic gas torches, ammonia torches, low-temperature torches, and highly toxic torches.

Available in various burner structural forms such as low pressure, high pressure, high hydrogen, and high hydrocarbon, with a complete set of smoke elimination treatment solutions including steam-assisted, air-assisted, and pressure-assisted combustion.

Torch Gas Recovery System


Used to balance irregular fluctuations in the plant's combustible gas emissions, achieving recovery of torch gas venting under normal operating conditions and extinguishing the torch.
