Fluorine and Chlorine-Containing Organic Waste Gas and Liquid Incineration System

In 1995, successfully developed a waste gas and liquid incineration unit for the 80,000 tons/year VCM project at Tianjin Dagu Chemical Plant, filling the gap in domestic incineration environmental protection devices in the chlor-alkali industry;
The "Non-Polluting Incineration Technology for Chlorine-Containing Waste Liquid and Gas" developed for Qilu Petrochemical Chlor-Alkali Plant passed the major domestic equipment scientific and technological achievement appraisal by Sinopec;
Utilized negative pressure emergency cooling technology to completely resolve the issue of dioxin regeneration;
Main users include Qilu Petrochemical, Shanghai Chlor-Alkali, Jiangxi Xinghuo, Shandong Dongyue, Hubei Xingfa, Qingdao Haijing, Qinghai Salt Lake, Changshu San Aifu, Arkema (France), Jiangsu Xinpu (Singapore), Sinochem Taicang, and others.

Salt-Containing Organic Waste Liquid Incineration System

Developed integrated process plans for incineration boilers and negative pressure emergency cooling processes based on the type and concentration of salts in organic waste liquids, effectively solving the problems of lava corrosion and salt ash blockage;
The integrated process plan for incineration boilers combines high-temperature incineration, waste heat utilization, and inorganic salt recovery;
Negative pressure emergency cooling technology completely resolves the issue of dioxin regeneration;
Developed the first domestic MTO unit waste alkali incineration unit for Shenhua Baotou Coal Chemical Branch;
The "HT Pesticide Waste Residue and Wastewater Incineration Treatment Complete Technology and Equipment" passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association and was strongly recommended by the China Pesticide Industry Association for promotion in the national pesticide industry;
Widely applicable in industries such as pharmaceuticals, pesticides, BDO, MTO, caprolactam, acrylic acid, acrylonitrile, etc., with main users including Shenhua Coal-to-Liquid, China Chengda, Shanghai Huayi, Shijiazhuang Refining and Chemical, Lianhua Technology, Yabian Chemical, Cangzhou Xuyang, Weifang New Green, Zhongtian Hechuang, Wanzhou Petrochemical (Taiwan), Taiwan Changlian, and others.
